My research and educational activities are mainly on telecommunications
and signal processing applications. Some of the research topics that are
recently of interest to me are
Communication Theory:
- Detection and Estimation Theory,
- Multicarrier modulation (diversity combining,
synchronization, power control),
- Pulse design for linear and nonlinear modulation
systems,
- Carrier and symbol synchronization.
Signal Processing Applications:
- Radar
signal processing,
- Antenna
array beam forming for interference cancellation and signal enhancement,
- Finding
direction and location of radio sources by antenna array processing,
