USDP (Utility Software for Data Processing) is a computer program that can be used for strong ground-motion data processing, fourier spectral analysis, linear and nonlinear spectral calculations.
IDEAL  
IDEAL is a utility that idealizes pushover curves according to several codes (ATC-40 (1996) and FEMA-356 (2000)). This utility is a part of evolving ground-motion record selection and scaling program (ReSaS).
   
ReSaS  
ReSaS (Record Selection and Scaling) is a computer program with a graphical user-interface that selects and scales ground-motion recordings for nonlinear analysis of structural systems (more info).
