During summer, students completed 3rd year are offered an
opportunity to perform research activities on the subject of
mechanical vibrations. As a result of this activity, students gain
skills in performing research and learn how to do research, improve
themselves intellectually, use and learn professional softwares and
improve their software skills.
Research projects can be done individually or by groups. During the
research projects, we have regular meetings in order to discuss the
progress and solve problems that may occur while working on the
research topic. These research projects are voluntary; hence, the
duration is not fixed and arranged with respect to the students'
available time; nevertheless, the minimum period of research is
about 4 weeks.
This is a very good opportunity for students to strengthen their CVs
by considering the research activity and skills gained through it,
especially for those who are graduating the coming year!
