I am an associate professor at the Department of Cognitive Science, Graduate School of Informatics, Middle East Technical University, Ankara, Turkey.

My research focuses on the intersection of Decision Science and Machine Learning, with a specific methodological interest in Bayesian modeling, probabilistic graphical models, preference learning, and causal inference. I apply my research to complex decision-making problems under uncertainty in different disciplines including health-care and agriculture.
