This laboratory houses two molecular beam epitaxy systems for the epitaxial growth of III-V and II-VI compound semiconductors. These facilities reside in a certified class 1000 clean room. The utility room houses a large capacity liquid nitrogen generator system and the other utilities for the laboratory.
