Umut Orguner
Umut Orguner is a Professor at the Department of Electrical & Electronics Engineering of Middle East Technical University, Ankara, Turkey. He got his B.S., M.S. and Ph.D. degrees all in Electrical Engineering from the same department in 1999, 2002 and 2006 respectively. He held a postdoctoral position between 2007 and 2009 and was an Assistant Professor between 2009 and 2012 at the Division of Automatic Control at the Department of Electrical Engineering of Linköping University, Linköping, Sweden. He was an Assistant Professor between 2012 and 2014 and an Associate Professor between 2014 and 2019 at his current department and university. His research interests include estimation theory, target tracking, and information fusion.
