The computer programs IWPW77 and CYLWEE88 have been amended to output
the coefficient of correlation for when the linear regression is forced
though the origin, thanks to the help given by Dr. Engin Karaesmen, teacher
of the course 'Statistics for Civil Engineers' in the Department of Civil
Engineering, METU. So on page 38, the first row in Table 3.5 should
be replaced by the following.
