Kursat CAGILTAY, Ph.D.
If technology is the
solution, why it can't solve our problems or why it creates more problems.
After several years of my professional work experience, I realized that pure
science and technical approaches to the problems cannot answer these
questions. So, while looking for the answers I earned double Ph.D. from the
Instructional Systems Technology department and Cognitive Science program,
Indiana University, USA. Now, my research effort is focused on about
how we can improve quality of our life by the help of technology.
